Group Fitnes
With over 30 classes a week starting from 05:45 am weekdays and finishing 08:30pm you are sure to find a class that suits you.With all the popular classes to choose from such as Zumba,Fitness Pump, Boxercise, Step, CX Fit, Cardio Blast, Body Tune,Abs/Butts/thighs and Pilates you’re bound to reach that fitness goal in no time.
Spin Room

Fitness No. 1 provides our members with easily accessible and safe off-street parking. Our car park is located at the rear of the facility near the main entrance and features over 100 car spots, is under 24 hour CCTV surveillance and well lit of a night time.Ladies Only Area
Fitness No.1 now has a private ladies only area that’s been customised to cater for the ladies who prefer to exercise in total privacy.Our Ladies Only Area has over 20 pieces of equipment providing you with the ability to do a complete body workout all while in the privacy of the Ladies Zone. As well as a flat screen TV for your entertainment the area also contains its own ladies bathroom for your convenience.
Childrens Corner
At Fitness No.1 we understand how difficult it is to juggle caring for your little ones so we have taken care of that by providing our members with onsite child minding.Our Children’s Corner provides a fun and activity filled area for children while under the supervision of our experienced child minders who have been with us for over 5 years now providing mums and dads a break from parenting and a chance to get fit all while being only a stone’s throw away from their little ones.
